The Honorable Andrea Seastrand serves as Executive Director of the California Space Authority (CSA), a statewide non-profit corporation focused on all three domains of California's diverse space enterprise community: commercial, civil and national security. As a former US Congresswoman and Member of the California State Assembly, she brings extensive knowledge of both the federal and state legislative processes. |

| Under Mrs. Seastrand's direction, CSA has emerged as a national thought leader for space enterprise development, planning and awareness. Mrs. Seastrand participates in Gen. T. Michael Moseley's U.S. Air Force Civic Leaders Group and is a member in Women In Aerospace, the Air Force Association, and the Navy League. |
